Do you offer refunds?
Because our products are instantly downloadable digital files we can’t accept returns once a file has been accessed. If you have trouble opening a guide or believe the file is corrupted, email rrtprep@gmail.com within seven days and we will replace it or provide store credit.

We review NBRC announcements every quarter. If the board releases a new outline or changes item weights, a revised edition is published within 30 days. All customers who bought the current cycle receive free updates by email.
Are the questions identical to what I will see on the NBRC exam?
