Return & Refund Policy

Because all RRTprep products are digital downloads delivered instantly after checkout, they can’t be “returned” the way a physical item can. For that reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.

File-access issues

If your download link is corrupted, expires, or the PDF will not open:

1. Email rrtprep@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of purchase.

2. Include your order number and a brief description of the problem.

3. We’ll send a fresh download link at no additional charge.

Duplicate purchases

Accidentally bought the same exam twice? Contact us within 7 days; we’ll move the duplicate payment to store credit so you can choose a different exam of equal value.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized use of your payment method should be disputed with your bank. We reserve the right to disable access to RRTprep files linked to any payment that is reversed or charged back.
